This page is laid out to match the table layout of the Dining Hall. Member or Renter names from the completed Dining Hall Sheets for the week should be added to the appropriate table below.
How to Set Up Billing Party Assignments
1. Select the billing week from the dropdown
2. Optionally click "Load Previous Week" to replicate the previous week's assignments
3. Assign members to cottages using the input fields
4. Click "Setup Queue" to create draft invoices for editing

What happens when I click "Setup Queue"?
The system creates draft invoices for each Bill_To party assigned to a cottage. If they had an invoice last week, their diner information will be pre-populated to save time.
